Kun mandir ma has been adopted into a song for the Nepali movie Basudev (1984). It was sung by Rajeev. This invention relates to pulse compressors and more particularly, to means for preventing extraneous noises caused by motor overloads, which noises are commonly called "shot" sounds, from being generated in the motor.
The general construction of pulse compressors will first be described in conjunction with a compressor of the type having a stator positioned concentric with the rotor therein, and a worm shaft rotatably disposed in the housing formed at the center of the rotor and having a worm gear at its lower end for meshing engagement with a worm gear of the rotor and thus driving the rotor to rotate.
During the compression operation, the rotor rotates at a high speed and continuously contacts with the stator. When the rotor is continuously accelerated to a high speed, the stator may be overloaded and rotate abnormally at a high speed. Such a high speed rotation, or rotation at an angle to the direction of accelerating rotation thereof, will result in an overload of the motor. Consequently, a driving force is transmitted from the motor to the shaft to rotate the rotor. As the shaft revolves, a negative pressure may be generated in the space between the rotor and the stator, resulting in an extraneous noise, commonly called "shot" noise. The extraneous noise, if not attenuated, will 0b46394aab
